For some reason, my mouse doesnt register with the game. I cant look around, but while in the start menus, the mouse is visible and i am able to highlight options, just not click them. Please help, I would love to enjoy GTA Vice City!!! Sorry if this has been answered before.

The ultimate fix for this issue involves putting a .dll file in GTA Vice City’s directory. DINPUT8.DLL is the only thing needed for fixing issues associated with input on GTA Vice City. But before moving to this fix, we would suggest you to run a CPS Speed test for your mouse.

Does your mouse work outside of the game? Do you have or have you had a controller plugged in? Check the game settings to see if the input is for your mouse or something else. Try unplugging and replugging your mouse in.
